Tip One – Your Best Self: I am always explaining to brides how they should prepare before their appointment, we want you to attend your bridal appointment in our Luxury Bridal Store feeling like your absolute best self. We recommend coming with a little make up on and a light layer of tan that hasn’t been freshly applied. When we are putting you in the dress we will get you to step into it to ensure your make-up and hair is still styled to perfection. Coming to your appointment feeling like the best version of you, will allow you to have the confidence to fall in love with the most sensational dress. Going for a bouncy blow-dry before your appointment or maybe even getting your make up done will allow you to see clearer how you will look on your special day. We want you to be able to stand for your “I said yes to the dress” photo feeling on top of the world.

Tip Two – Research: Here at Verona Bridal we carry only World Leading Top Designers, with exquisite design. We absolutely recommend that before visiting us in store that you take some time to research our designers. This will help you to feel prepared having a handful of dresses in mind that have taken your breath away online. We always keep our incredible designers price ranges listed on our website, if you have a more specific enquiry regarding price or details of a certain dress you feel might be “the one” then please contact us directly. There is always someone on hand to help you with any questions you have prior to your appointment. Myself and my wonderful colleagues pride ourselves on making each bride feel like they have received an impeccable and unforgettable service so please always reach out if and when you need us. We want you to come to your appointment feeling prepared and excited to find your dream wedding dress with us.

Tip Three – Your Entourage: When you have decided now is the time for you to start searching for your dress, we recommend that you sit down and decide who out of your family members and friends you will bring with you to your Bridal appointment. I would definitely think to yourself who out of these people are going to add value to my decision making, who is going to make me feel incredible in each dress I try on and contribute to my positive experience and not add more stress or bring negativity to your time in store. I would recommend you bring up to four of your absolute nearest. I have also had so many brides that have came on their own so they cant let outside influence sway them from their idea of the ultimate dream dress. No matter how little or large of a group you bring with you, it is important to mostly listen to yourself. The advise and guidance you will get from your Bridal Stylist is invaluable. Stylists take into consideration your venue, skin tone, body shape, your wedding themes and colours, everything about you and your special day to make sure you choose the right dress for you, the dress you will remember for the rest of your life.

Tip Four – Available Appointments: Finding the perfect appointment to suit your busy schedule is so important. Choose an appointment where you can focus your day on that as you may have some celebrating to do with the girls afterwards! We recommend that you have a look at our diary ahead of time, especially around busy holiday seasons and weekends. Our weekends book up months in advance so it is important that you book in well in advance to avoid disappointment. We open seven days a week and are open until 8:45pm four nights during the week to accommodate bride’s working schedules. If there is a preferred day and time that you are unable to get you can call us and we will put you on a cancellation list and call you in the event that we are able to accommodate you at that time.

Tip Five – How to handle stress and indecisiveness: If you feel at any time during your appointment that you are getting overwhelmed or stressed always voice this to your stylist. We will always recommend taking a break, your stylist can grab you a beverage or chat to your family while you take five minutes to yourself. This is so important to us here at Verona Bridal that our brides never feel pressured during their appointment, I believe that you will know when your standing in the dress you are going to get married in and sometimes that causes a whirlwind of emotions. We have seen it all, so if you have a moment in store remember that it is normal. This is a highly emotional time in your life and it is ok to need to take a minute to compose yourself.
